NOTE: The price listed is the Designer Fee, which includes two pattern adjustments (additional adjustments will require additional cost). Additional cost will be required based on the products you would like your design printed on.
Requirements & Considerations for Custom Pattern Design:
- Are you looking for a custom illustration, a pattern made from family photos, or a combination of the two?

- Clothing: t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, pashminas
- Crafts: fabric (multiple fabric types available)

Type of custom design (illustration vs heirloom)
- If requesting an heirloom pattern, I will require multiple high quality digital or print photographs to work with.
- The price of the fabric and/or product(s) you'd like the design printed on (email me for a full list of options).

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States and Alaska.
Orders shipping to Hawaii or other destinations may incur additional charges based on your location, item weight, and quantity. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Split Shipments
To protect your items and avoid delays, orders with different product types may be shipped separately. This allows us to work with different production locations efficiently and ensures each item arrives safely.
You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package, delivered via email as they ship.
Missing Items
If you’ve received all your tracking numbers and deliveries but something’s still missing, please contact us through our [Contact page] and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
