Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For orders that are printed especially for each purchase, I am not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. If there happen to be flaws or construction issues with your order, please email me. Include the Order ID found on the packing slip and images of the items in question.

For products that are made in house at Lilyanne Design, returns, exchanges and refunds may be possible within the first week post purchase. Send me an email with your order ID and reason for desired return and I'll be happy to assist!

Items are missing from my order. Did they ship separately?

To protect your items from damage in transit, orders that include different product types will ship separately. This also helps to avoid any unnecessary delays, since some items are constructed in different locations on different timelines.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with more details as each partial order ships.

If you are still missing an item once all your packages have been received, please email me for further assistance.

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you license your designs?

Yes! I would love for you to license my artwork to put onto your products. I look forward to building a long term relationship with you and your company. I believe my artwork can be a perfect fit!

Here is how to license my work:

STEP 1 - Look through my portfolio and select the art you would like to license. If you would like slight changes to the artwork, such as color changes or slight design element adjustments, I'm happy to accommodate! Send me an email with the design(s) name/SKU.

STEP 2 - We will negotiate payment terms. I will retain the copyright to my artwork, and you can use it on your products for an agreed upon amount of time. I will prepare the files for you so they are production ready. Once you have the files, you can start creating the final products.

STEP 3 - You produce products featuring my designs. You can sell them wholesale or direct to consumer. I will promote your products on my website and social media.

STEP 4 - Once your products are available for purchase, you will pay me an agreed upon royalty. This payment can be paid monthly or quarterly. And if you are happy with our work together, then we can work together on a new project :)
